Elevator pitch:
We refer promising SMEs and Startups for business angel investors, so that our Accelerator not only provides effective, operative business development resources for the development of companies, but also invests capital as a co-investor.
Performing premoney due-diligence and delegating equtiy mentors to the SMEs and startups, we significantly reduce business risk for our co-investor partners comparing to their individual angel investments. With operational resources and on-site participation, we shorten the scaling period of businesses by years (mainly in the areas of sales, human resources, and organizational development), which results higher returns for our partners. The investment options range from USD 10k to approximately 100k.
Our business offer:
I. For a Success Fee, we refer investment opportunities that meet the investor's personal, unique preferences (e.g. industry, stage, team, investment range - see examples below).
Our success fee is payable in two stages, upon completion:
- Finder's Fee: USD 300+VAT for each SME or Startup lead. The fee is due after each new investor personal meeting (on-line) with a new lead. You only pay if the opportunity meets your pre-defined personal preferences.
- Contractual Fee: 2-5% success fee for the amount you invest (depending on investment range, closing in the one year).

II. For Subscription Fee we provide:
- First Call option to new investment opportunities - this option is valid for one year period for subscribers joined until July 2024. Call option order is according to the subscription dates;
- Money-back guarantee concerning annual number of referred investment opportunities: if at least 4 new leads do not take place in the given year, the proportional part of the membership fee will be refunded;
- The detailed premoney due diligence of the referred projects are made available in advance;
- 4 investor meetings for free (which is equivalent to 4*300 USD Finders' Fees)
Our early bird subscription fee is USD 1.200+VAT per year and must be paid in advance.
The Contaratual Fee is also valid for Subcribers.
